Right to Remedy
While we make every effort to provide 100% accuracy of your orders in that they are complete and shipped in a timely fashion, a small percentage of errors may occur. In the event that we make an error the customer agrees that we have the right to correct that error by providing the product that was originally ordered with no further compensation. The customer agrees to assist in any reasonable way during this process. Customer is aware that slight color variations may be evident from displayed pictures to the actual product as various manufacturers use various colors and they are not all identical. But entire order will be shipped from only ONE manufacturer to make sure all tiles are the same color.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of the greater of $200 or 1% of the invoice price for any canceled order prior to shipment. Orders canceled after shipment are subject to our Return Policy.
Refused Orders
Orders that are refused will be treated as unauthorized returns. The purchaser will be charged all freight charges, including refusal service charges and additional freight to transport back, and a restocking fee of no less than 25% and no greater than 50% at our discretion.
Legal and Collection Cost
The purchaser agrees to be liable for any and all collection or legal costs resulting from the purchaser's failure to pay, additional delivery or return charges and any and all legal or collection costs incurred by floorsandoors.com as a result, directly or indirectly of a consumer purchase.
Processing a sale means that the order will be entered and shipped if the product is at our location. If the product is drop shipped, processed means that the order will be entered and transmitted to the vendor. Please refer to our shipping policies for time for delivery.
Delivery and Shipping
All products are shipped via the least expensive method
available which may include UPS, FedEx, Common Carrier, LTL,
Airborne Express or other carrier. Shipping times vary and may
be as long as 5 to 6 weeks. It is the purchaser's
responsibility to make sure that the address they have provided
is accessible using the delivery method chosen. Purchaser will
be responsible for any and all charges incurred because of poor
or limited access, delay, or refusal. These charges will be
charged via your original payment method. Purchaser may be
required to unload common carrier, LTL, or FedEx Freight
deliveries.
International Orders
floorsandoors.com pricing is for sales inside Continental U.S
and Canada.If possible, floorsandoors.com is happy to arrange
for shipment out of Continental U.S. and Canada so long as it
is in compliance with all laws. The customer will be
responsible for any and all fees including but not limited too
freight, taxes, brokerages fees, tariffs, disbursement fees,
etc.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products!
Above mentioned INTERNATIONAL orders NOT included in this Return Policy.
If your not happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund.
The following requirements must be met to receive this guarantee:
1. The customer must call within 30 days from the date the shipping company shows the product was delivered.
2. No refunds will be given if product is sent back to the manufacturer without approval from RJ Solutions Inc.
3. No returned merchandise will be accepted or refund processed until a Return Merchandise Authorization number has been provided by an RJ Solutions Inc. representative.
4. This guarantee does not cover damages from shipping or manufacturing damages. These kinds of damages are covered under our return policy.
5. The customer will be responsible for the arrangements and costs of returning the shipment to RJ Solutions Inc. and making arrangements with the carrier of your choice. The actual refund will not include the return shipping costs.
6. The product must be in new condition and in it's original packaging. Any alterations, "cutting-to-fit", tire marks, stains or tape of any kind on the product will void this guarantee.
7. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser within 30 calendar days of delivery.
8. This refund will be issued in the form of credit back to the original credit card only.
9. The total amount of refund shall never exceed $1500. (most orders received are under this amount minus actual shipping cost)
10. The refund will only be applied if the above conditions are met per RJ Solutions Inc., and only after the product has been received and inspected fully by a RJ Solutions Inc. representative. This is an actual money back guarantee, not an "in-store credit".
11. Our money back guarantee does not apply to special ordered custom sizes.
Return Policy
a) Defective products will be exchanged promptly.
b) Product damaged in transit: we will exchange products that were damaged in transit providing that we are made aware of the damage at the time of delivery. Important: Customer must note on bill of lading, in the presence of the driver, that product was received in a damaged condition. If possible, please take digital photos to provide visual proof of damage. Without a notation of damage we are unable to file a claim against the shipping carrier and may be unable to provide replacement.
c) We accept returns of unused and undamaged non-defective product within 10 business days. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all round-trip freight charges. After product has been inspected and the return has been approved, we will issue a refund in the same form that we received payment (i.e. if you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit card refund, etc.). We cannot accept returns of used product. Customer must carefully repack materials in a manner suitable for return shipment without damage. Customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipment.
d) We are not able to accept returns or Refunds on custom orders.
